In 1893, Wellspring Lutheran Services began serving seniors in Monroe. Today, we continue to meet the needs of an aging population at our updated facility, featuring all private rooms. Certified for both Medicare and Medicaid, our Monroe site has a long-standing history of providing excellent senior care.
