Tricia Cooper

Volunteer Coordinator
My name is Tricia Cooper, and I’m proud to have called Monroe home my entire life. I’m married to my husband, Dirk Cooper, and together we have two children, Evin and Flynn. I have a genuine love for this community and the people who make it special, and I’m excited to step into my new role as Volunteer Coordinator and have the opportunity to give back in a meaningful way.

I bring many years of experience in hospitality, management, customer service, and working closely with people. Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong skills in communication, organization, leadership, and building relationships. I’ve always enjoyed connecting with people, making them feel welcome and valued, and being someone others can depend on.

I’ve also always had a special place in my heart for elderly people and truly enjoy the conversations, stories, and connections that come from spending time with them. I believe kindness, companionship, and simply taking the time to listen can make a meaningful difference in someone’s day.

As Volunteer Coordinator, I’m looking forward to bringing people together, building relationships, and creating a strong and compassionate volunteer team. I want our volunteers to feel welcomed, appreciated, and connected to the people and community they are serving.

I’m incredibly excited for this new chapter in my life and grateful for the opportunity to serve and give back to the community I’ve always called home.
